雨でもサーフィンはできますか？
サーフィンは雨でもできます。スクールの有無は天気よりも波による海況に関係します。（波が大きすぎる場合など）
何を持っていけばいいですか？
当日はあらかじめ服の下に水着を着用してきて下さい。
バスタオル・ビーチサンダル、夏場は日差しが強いので日焼け止めも忘れずに
普段お使いのサーフボード、ウエットスーツがあればお持ちいただいて結構です。。
（貴重品は自己管理でお願いします。）
ケガはしませんか？
スクールでは安全性を考えソフトサーフボードを使用します。それでも自然が相手のスポーツなので判断はできません。事前に注意事項・説明をして、スタッフ一同細心の注意を払います。
もちろん通常のサーフボードもご用意しています。
コンタクトレンズでも平気ですか？
はい、万が一流された時のことを考えて使い捨てを使用することをお勧めします。
一人でも参加できますか？
もちろん大歓迎です。明るく楽しいスタッフがみなさまのサポートをさせて頂きます。一緒に伊豆サーフィンライフを楽しみましょう！
子供は何歳からできますか？
通常の海遊びができるお子さんなら特に年齢制限を設けていません。ちいさなお子様はロングボードにインストラクターと一緒に乗って楽しむなど状況に合わせてサーフィンを楽しみます。
申し込むにはどうしたらいいですか？
御予約からメールにて記入必要事項記入いただき、スクール内容など情報を入れていただければ予約確認の上メールにて返信します。お電話からでも受付を行っています。
スクール＆ツアー代金の支払い方法は？
現金にてお支払いいただきます。
1人でも申し込めますか？
スクール・ツアーはお一人様から承っております。お一人でも開講しますので、気軽に申し込み下さい。もちろん大人数の方も対応させて頂いています。
当日都合が悪くなったのですが？
参加者のご都合によるキャンセルの場合、当日100％、前日９０％、３日前７０％、１週間前より５０％のキャンセル料を申し受けますのでご了承願います。料金お振込にてご対応お願いもしくは現金引き渡しにてさせて対応させていただいています。（但し、急な悪天候など、特例は除きます）
＊当社のサービスにより、キャンセル料金お支払いから、１週間のご参加の期間のみ、無料でのご提供をさせていただいています。
泳げないけど大丈夫ですか？
スクールを行う場所は、足のつく場所で行うので安心です
渋滞で時間に間に合わなかったのですが？
スクールを行う時間は決められ、予約を取らせていただいていますので、遅れてしまった場合はお客様のご負担となり、正規の料金を頂くこととなります。お時間には余裕をもってお越しいただくことおすすめします。
貴重品や荷物は預かっていただけますか？
お客様各自で管理していただいています。紛失盗難当の責任は一切問いません

Q&A

Can I surf in the rain?
You can surf even in the rain. The presence or absence of school is related to sea conditions due to waves rather than weather. (If the waves are too big, etc.)
what should i bring
On the day of the event, please wear a swimsuit under your clothes in advance.
Bath towels, beach sandals, don’t forget sunscreen as the sun is strong in summer
If you have a surfboard and wet suit that you usually use, you can bring them. .
(Please manage valuables by yourself.)
Don’t you get hurt?
The school uses soft surfboards for safety. Still, nature is the opponent’s sport, so I can’t judge it. Precautions and explanations will be given in advance, and all the staff will pay close attention.
Of course, normal surfboards are also available.
Are you okay with contact lenses?
Yes, we recommend that you use a disposable one just in case it gets washed away.

Can I participate alone?
Of course you are very welcome. Our cheerful and fun staff will support you. Let’s enjoy Izu surfing life together!
From what age can I have a child?
There is no age limit for children who can play normally in the sea. Small children enjoy surfing according to the situation, such as enjoying riding on a longboard with an instructor.
How do I apply?
Please fill in the necessary information from the reservation by e-mail, and if you can enter information such as school contents, we will reply by e-mail after confirming the reservation. We also accept orders by phone.
How can I pay for the school and tour fee?
Please pay in cash.
Can I apply even for one person?
School tours are available from one person. Please feel free to apply as the course will be open to one person. Of course, we can accommodate large groups as well.
What if I’m not feeling well on the day?
Please note that cancellation fees of 100% on the day, 90% the day before, 70% 3 days before, and 50% from 1 week before, will be charged in case of cancellation due to the participant’s convenience. We ask that you pay the fee by bank transfer, or we will accept payment in cash. (However, exceptions such as sudden bad weather are excluded)
* Due to our service, we will provide free of charge only for the period of participation for one week after payment of the cancellation fee.
I can’t swim, is that okay?
The place where the school is held is safe because it is held in a place where you can put your feet on.
Couldn’t make it on time due to traffic?
The time for the school is decided and we are taking reservations, so if you are late, you will be charged the regular fee. We recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
Could you keep my valuables and luggage?
Each customer is responsible for their own management. No responsibility for loss or theft
