当スクールに参加をご希望されるお客様は、サーフィン・SUPに付随する危険について認識しており、その活動によって生じる危険、および傷害、 予測可能 な損害であるか否かに関わらず、その責任の全てを私が個人的に負うことに同意します。 予期せ ぬ事態が起こる可能性を理解していることをここに確認します。 また、海の近くに医療機関がないことを 承知の上で、ツアーに参加することを希望します。 このツアーに参加したことで発生し得る個人的障害、 財産の障害、あるいは過失によって生じた 事故による死亡を含 むあらゆる障害賠償責任から rinesurf 及びツアーに携わっているガイド、 スタッフおよび関係先を免除し、いかなる結果に関しても責任を負 わないことに同意し、請求権を放棄することを目 的とした免責同意書に署名することもしくはメールにての問い合わせもしくは電話での問い合わせは、参加者自身の意 志によるものです。 また、上記の個人及び団体が、私あるいは私の家族、相続人、受遺者その他の利害関 係人から、このスクールへの私の 参加を原因とするいかなる請求も受けないようにすることに同意します。 私は、この免責同意書に署名する時点で成年に達しているか、または親権者の同意書を得ていることを確認 し、ここ に記載されている条件が契約であって単なる注意書にとどまるもはないことを理解しています。
* 私はこの免責同意書の署名にあたり内容を熟読し、十分理解しております。
* 署名は必ず参加者本人が記入してください。代筆の場合、本人同意の上記入したとみなします。
*書面での記入がない場合でも、問い合わせ、メールのやり取り、スクール体験を行なったことにより面積に同意したとみなされます。体験・連絡によってお客様の同意とみなされますのでご了承ください。

Customers who wish to participate in our school are aware of the risks associated with surfing and SUP, and will not be held responsible for any risks, injuries, or foreseeable damages caused by such activities. I agree to take all responsibility personally. I hereby confirm that I understand the possibility of unforeseen circumstances.
