いつものMさんが１泊２日の合宿に来てくれました。いつもの『合宿お願いできますか？』の問いかけにいきなり行われる合宿。プライベートで濃密なフォームチェックや次回行われるコンテストに向けてのミーティングをも組み込ませていただきました！素敵な会話とともに真剣な戦略ノウハウのことまで、和やかな雰囲気で行われました。波も最高のコンディションで２日間とも多くのノウハウとトレーニングで終えることができました！またのご予約お待ちしています！
終了後すぐのサーフコーチング。先日合宿参加していただいたN様。今回も前回の課題を克服してさらなるターンの質を上げてもらうためにフィンの調整をさせてもらいました。フォームのローテーションも手の位置を調整したことでスプレーを上げることに成功しました。少しのコツで何年も悩んでいたことが解消されるものなので是非今後も生かしていただきたいと思います。
